"Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee. So that we may boldly say, The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me." Hebrews 13:5 and 6
If you have believed on the Lord Jesus Christ as your Saviour, we have God's promise that He cares for us. No matter how big the problem is you are facing right now, according to His word, He is with you. Like the three Hebrew Children, who were staring at a raging, out of controlled, fire-ready to be cast in, they soon discovered God was right there with them. We don't go through pain and suffering alone. God is with us. He was right there, ready to catch these three children, one by one, as the strength of Satan cast them in. Even the heathen see it. Look what Nebuchadnezzar says, "He answered and said, Lo, I see four men loose, walking in the midst of the fire, and they have no hurt; and the form of the fourth is like the Son of God." (Daniel 3:25) There was no mistake about it. Jesus was with these boys, in the fire! And, Jesus will be with us, in our fire.
The fire is raging. It will be our turn, next. We are able to face it, with confidence. Why? (Boldly say,) "The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me" We know, "...our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace, and he will deliver us out of thine hand, O king." (Daniel 13:17)
