...an “enemy” of God...?
That's hard to believe.
Scripture says... “For, lo, thine enemies, O LORD ... thine enemies shall perish....” (Psalm 92:9)
...God...!!!!
“...angry” with me...?
That's, ALSO, hard to believe.
Scripture says... “...God is angry with the wicked every day.” (Psalm 7:11)
Are you sayin', that God is angry with me because I'm an unrepentant sinner who deserves go to Hell ...FOREVER...!!!!?
Scripture says... “[A]nd he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him.” (John3:36b) “And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever....” (Revelation 14:11)
As hard as it may be to believe, Friend, you are a guilty sinner who will appear one day before a HOLY God to be judged for your sins. If you BELIEVE that His son, Jesus, died for you, was buried and rose again the third day, you will avoid that judgment and go to Heaven.
“He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life ... Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved....” (John 3:36a, Acts 16:31)
You mean, that's all I have to do to go to Heaven...? ...Be truly sorry for my sins, and BELIEVE that Jesus died in my place to save me from ETERNAL punishment in HELL??
