He hangeth the earth upon nothing.

Scroll Down...

Hast thou an arm like God?

or canst thou thunder with a voice like him?

Where wast thou when I laid the foundations of the earth?

...declare, if thou hast understanding.

Who hath laid the measures thereof, if thou knowest?

...or who hath stretched the line upon it?

Whereupon are the foundations thereof fastened?

or who laid the corner stone thereof?

Canst thou bind the sweet influences of Pleiades,

or loose the bands of Orion?

Canst thou bring forth Mazzaroth in his season?

...or canst thou guide Arcturus with his sons?

I am the LORD, and there is none else,

there is no God beside me.

From the rising of the sun, and from the west,

that there is none beside me.

I am the LORD, and there is none else.

I form the light, and create darkness:

I make peace, and create evil:

I the LORD do all these things.

Drop down, ye heavens, from above,

and let the skies pour down righteousness:

let the earth open, and let them bring forth salvation,

and let righteousness spring up together;

I the LORD have created it.

Woe unto him that striveth with his Maker!

I have made the earth, and created man upon it:

I, even my hands, have stretched out the heavens,

...and all their host have I commanded.

The above Scriptures were written twenty-five to thirty-five hundred years before

Christopher Columbus, Galileo Galilei, or Charles Darwin came on the scene;

preserved in a book that is four hundred years old, commonly known as

The Authorized King James Bible, 1611-2011.
